Summer Reading...

One of our favorite things to do is read stories with anyone who will let us in their lap! So Grammy came up with a great idea. She researched and found us a story time at a local library! Grammy wasn't able to go that day but she asked Auntie Shelley and she said she would go with us!

Thursday morning Auntie Shelley met, Mommy, us and Nanny Sam at the house and we drove to the library for story time! We had a great time listening to stories, singing songs and playing with toys. We even got to meet other toddlers our age!

Our favorite part of the outing was checking out books! Auntie Shelley let us use her library card and we got to take home our very first library books! Ethan picked out one about a Bee and a Bear, I (Katelynn) picked out one about fireflies and Melissa picked out one called "Little Bea".  We've enjoyed reading them at nap and bed time already!

Next week is the last Story Time at the library for awhile, but we plan to try it out again! Maybe we'll get some fun new books to read for a while!
